Location

Travelling West from Bristol on the M5 at Junction 31 merge onto the A30 toward Okehampton/Bodmin. After approx 76 miles Turn Left onto B3275 Fraddon/Grampound Road (this is quite a sharp turn off) after only 100 yards or so at the T junction turn right still B3275 and follow this road for approx.6 miles crossing over off set cross roads (A3058) and through Grampound Road until you reach the A390 (dual carriageway)

Turn right and then immediately Left follow this road past Trewithen Gardens for approx 2.5 miles, at the T junction Turn Left proceed down this narrow road towards Tregony for approx 0.5mile .Turn Left on to A3078 Tregony Bridge towards St Mawes.

We are at the bottom of the hill as you drive into St Mawes (3rd house on the left after the Freshwater Lane turn).  If you go around the big right hand corner and see the sea on the left you have gone too far.
