Our small but perfectly formed self catering annex provides luxury accommodation for two. The ground level annex has three rooms, a kitchen/living room, a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Outside there is a patio, ideal for enjoying the sun and an evening barbecue. The nearest beach is only a 3 minute walk and the centre of St Mawes a further 3 minute stroll along the foreshore.
The bedroom has a double bed, with beautiful White Company linen provided. The entire cottage has been designed to have a coastal feel by the choice of colours, fabric and furniture. Fluffy white bathroom towels and tea towels for the kitchen are provided.
The Shaker style kitchen is fully equiped with a cooker, double hob, fridge and microwave. Clothes can be washed in the main house (two loads per week are free). The living room has a 32″ Flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player, wifi internet access is available. Car parking is available at the house for one car. The annex and gardens are non-smoking.
Dogs
If you can’t stand to be parted from your faithful friend, why not bring them along so they can enjoy the holiday too! For £50 for the week . However, there is a house rule for the dog:
- If left alone in the room, I will not bark, foul the room, chew the furnishings or sleep in my owner’s bed or on the sofa. If I do, my owner has agreed to settle costs for any damages caused.
- If I am coming on holiday my owner will inform us when booking.
